Submit a List – Lists Resource

Got a fascinating list rattling around in your head? Lists Resource is built by curious people, and we’d love to publish yours. Send us your countdown below. Our editors read every submission, fact-check it, add real photos and publish the best ones with credit to you.

Pick a topic

Weird history, wild science, strange places, amazing animals. If it makes people say “wait, what?”, it fits.

Count it down

Write 5 to 25 entries. Save your most jaw-dropping entry for the No. 1 spot at the bottom.

We polish & publish

3The countdown 10 entries · minimum 5

Entries count down, so the last one is your No. 1. Aim for 80–250 words each, with specific names, dates and numbers.

4Sources optional but loved Where did you learn this?

This is my own original writing. Lists Resource may edit, illustrate and publish it with credit to me.

Submissions are reviewed by a human before anything goes live.

What gets published

Original writing. Your own words, not copied or AI-spun from another site.
Facts you can back up. Names, dates and numbers, plus a source or two we can check.
A real “wait, what?” factor. Surprising, specific and fun to share.
No ads or self-promotion. Lists that exist to sell something won’t make the cut.

We may trim, reorder or expand entries during editing. Not every submission gets published, but every one gets read.
